        The person that did my taxes was good. But the one benefit I even went to hr block for I was not offered. I had to pay an extremely, extremely high amount of money and didn't get offered the benefit I had gotten every other year I went there. Definitely turned me away from ever using them again. And of course, if they respond, it will be some blanket template they use for every response because they don't care they got their money. Stay away from here and any hr block. They might be nice but will rob you blind.

        They lied two separate times and wont correct their mess ups. Do not go here Dont waste your money dont waste your time. None of them seem to have the correct information

        I had a horrible experience at H&R Block on Outer Loop we went to have our taxes done on February 25th and they couldnt get it right .I was called back three times to get my husbands social security number which is on the W2 . I would place calls to the office and no calls back to see if they were completed. Finally last Sunday I got a lady on the phone name Natasha that took over came to a different location and had to start from the beginning on our taxes .She was awesome and went out of her way to make it right .How do you get a social security number wrong three times .I hope no one else has to experience this type of service
