        I made an appointment for a week away, for noon. I had gotten at least 2 reminder emails of my appointment. When it came time I arrived almost 10 min early. It was closed, so I waited till 12 and still no one showed to open it. According to Google it is open, according to the door it opens at 11am for drop off. You can't drop off or do anything if they are closed. Very disappointed!
