        Abysmal service and preparer submitted forms before my review for which there is an OBVIOUS error. Made appointment with Director to amend my filing and then she was a no-show. Waited weeks for return to process, and now they will not respond to my calls! Stopped by office and Director did NOT reply to workers text...after waiting 20 minutes for a reply, I left my contact number. It has been 3 days and still no response! Plus I have no email to contact her at and all calls go thru the local Jacson Hewitt system to which NO ONE answers! I need my amendment filed and now I expect to be refunded a significant portion of my $500 filing fees after all of the hassle and lost time trying to get this issue resolved! I had a great CPA that worked for them bhat I used for YEARS... she moved out of the region and started her own free-lance service. Now I'm thinking that driving a couple of hours would be worth it rather than dealing with these clowns! I expect my preparer to stand behind their product to resolve any issues!
