I agree with the other reviews. The woman who buys your awesome stuff you're willing to part with is extremely rude. She always passes on my stuff I was willing to sell a never used Lands End Pink rain jacket & it was passed, among other designer tops & spring tops clean pressed & neatly folded. Vera Bradley bag & leather back pack purse. It's true do you have to belong to a secret club for them to accept your stuff. I've shopped there all the time but now I'm done. From now on I'm going to a real store and buying new clothes. I'm no longer giving them my time or money.

Im not sure what the criteria is for buying items but it seems like theres some secret club you have to belong to or something. I took a brand new Kate Spade handbag that I received one year ago and had no marks inside or out and the girl told me they couldnt buy it because it was marked up. I also had a Patricia Nash handbag that looked brand new, as well as a Coach wallet. None were accepted, as well as some clothes I brought in. What they did buy from me was a pair of athletic pants I purchased from this store 5 years ago and a pair of sandals from Temu. Live and learn! I wish Id read the reviews before trying to sell items! This is the second time all of my things were rejected.

Super overpriced for used clothes. Cheaper to buy off shein and Amazon than second hand these days.
