        I called to schedule our grease trap to be cleaned at Golden Ticket Cinemas, where I work, and the owner was super nice, and worked with our schedule, as we don't open at the same time every day. He sent his son out who was extremely nice! He assessed what he needed to do and got the job done quickly. He was thoughtful of his surroundings, as it was in our kitchen, and took extra steps to make sure there wasn't a mess. Absolutely the best customer service! We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Star Septic for an amazing job!

        My plumber called Star Septic when he realized my tank needed to be pumped. There were there almost immediately, and it was after hours, and he had my tanked pumped quickly. When it was apparent that I still had a clog he worked with my plumber to make sure my pipes were cleared before they left and this was well after dark. Excellent service and fantastic price.
