        My recent visit to the AutoZone store on HW-54 left much to be desired. Despite being within earshot, the cashiers blatantly ignored my inquiry about the location of jumper cables. Their dismissive behavior was so awkward that another customer in line had to step in and assist me. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I opted to use the self-checkout instead. Management should prioritize customer satisfaction to avoid such experiences in the future.

        Titus did an amazing job helping out he helped me out with my issue while he was dealing with several customers and went above and beyond spending more then an hour to make sure I was taken care of
