I had found a truck that Ive been looking for that they had posted in hopes they still had it, and luckily they did. I know a lot of people were contacting him about this trucking trying to buy it but as I was the first to contact him he waited on me to drive 6 hours to come pick it up. He was very honest, easy to communicate and deal with! Very pleased with the overall experience!

Chad and his Ohio Valley team purchased my vehicle from me even though I did not ultimately end up buying a vehicle from them. The transaction was easy and stress free. Chad was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You can really tell he loves cars. We discussed an agreeable purchase price and there was ZERO pressure or heavy haggling about it. It was just like you were dealing with a friend or good neighbor. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. The vehicles on the Ohio Valley lot are in outstanding shape and pricing is fair. I look forward to working with Chad and the Ohio Valley team again the next time I am in the market for a car.

Marissa was incredibly helpful. I bought the car (2018 Tacoma) and then had to get it titled and registered in Tennessee, she helped me get the correct documents filed and sent into the title office. I really appreciated how kind and straightforward she was. Definitely was a positive experience!
