Eugene is an absolute Saint and genius!!! We were switching from Spectrum to Verizon. Spectrum told us everything was in order to switch our phones to Verizon.....but not so. Gene was incredibly patient and tenacious! He absolutely would not give up and stayed with us through the whole ordeal. He knew exactly who to call to get the additional support needed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly genuine. He is customer service personified!!! If you need help with anything Verizon, Gene is your man!!!! Thank you, Gene! Carpe diem!!
