        I had an account with First Federal at 20 which is now German American. 2 years ago got invested with LPL. Ran into slow unresponsive service within first year. Got into major dispute with German American 2nd year due to same problem after transferring to Owensboro branch. I'm now 54 and got rid of them after they cancelled my wifes independent account under LPL, which was illegal and an SEC violation verified through Chicago SEC Federal Office. The dispute was with me and never involved her in any way. Do not put any money with German American and would suggest you move all assets to Chase, JP Morgan and get an account with them. You invest and managed accounts there are better. You can get help and appointments quicker
