The food was great it was the waitress that was not friendly at all she was very distant on checking on us then gave her a tip she didnt even say thank you just walked away very rude and unprofessional wont go back.

First let me start by saying the waitress we had did a great job, despite being slammed. The food was good but not great. My hashbrowns were almost inedible in some spots, definitely break a tooth hard. Everything else was cooked to perfection.. the interior of the restaurant definitely needs some fixing, I saw a few booths that had giant rips in them, which wasn't very inviting. I would go back again and give it another try, but thinking I'll order take out next time.

I went to pick up an online order late at night, and the app said that the food would be ready at a specific time, and it wasn't ready until 15 minutes later than what the app had told me. Then, they gave me my order and I went home to discover that my chicken was tossed in buffalo sauce instead of bbq sauce which I ordered. I called to ask if I could go in the next day and get the bbq wings since it was late at night and I didn't want to drive out again due to me needing to sleep. Well, they said some random stuff about how I have to contact Doordash for my order, and I had to remind them that it wasn't a Doordash order, that I ordered the food directly from their website. Then they started telling me about how they aren't allowed to get me the correct food I ordered unless I went there at that exact same time. Well I don't know why they aren't able to just get me the correct food since they messed up my order, but they said I have to contact them on the website which doesn't make sense to me, so I wanted to write this review. I wouldn't recommend choosing this location, if they mess up your order, expect to receive terrible customer service.

Kimberly, Noha, and Vanessa was amazing. Great food and service on the 3rd shift.
