I can not recommend Wes enough. Even buying and selling during a pandemic Wes made the entire process as smooth as could be. We had multiple offers the first weekend our home was listed. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and knowledge Wes displayed in our experience with the selling and buying of our homes. He was able to get a nice video and pictures out before our home was listed and received multiple offers after one day of showings. When we were on the hunt for our new home (our forever home) he was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and property values there, but also knew what to look for In the structure of the property. Wes was awesome from start to finish in the home buying process. He answered any questions I may have had as quickly as possible and always stayed in touch when anything important came up. Wes made the entire process a breeze. He marketed our home to sell and we had multiple offers at or above asking price within days of putting it on the market. He also guided us through the purchase of our new home and set the transactions up where we could move in right after closing on the house we sold. He was quick to respond to our questions and was so professional. I would recommend him to anyone wanting sell or buy a home.
