When we were thinking about selling, we didnt really know where to start. We contacted Josh, and he came over within a few days to view our home and give his intake on what he believed we could sell it for and how we should market it. Josh was very well prepared and he knew what he was talking about. His positive outlook, and determination are why we chose to work with him. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell! Hes great!
