        My wife and I have eaten there around 5 times now, we live about 60 miles away. They have never let us done with the quality, the service, the cleanliness, and the best salad bar in the state. We will always eat at The Briar Patch when we come to Owensboro.

        Briarpatch is a staple in our family. We went all the time when I was a kid, and we decided to go for my dad's birthday. I always loved being able to walk by the grill and watch the chef's cook, and I did the same this trip. The decoration had been changed, but the changes look wonderful. The food was fantastic, just as I remembered, and our waitress was attentive and quick. I was amazed that the salad bar was as fresh as it was with all the people that were eating the day we went. The strawberry butter was fresh and delicious. Steaks were cooked how we ordered them, and wow, the shrimp were FANTASTIC.
