Hire this guy!!! Ben is an outstanding & very knowledgeable attorney who treats his clients personably & respectively. He is almost always available (via phone); if he's not, he gets back to you the same day. He is very prompt with responding to emails. He never treats his clients like they're just another number; he treats them like he has known them for years. He actually cares, listens, & fights for your rights. He only wants the best for his clients. Ben is the attorney you need to hire. No questions asked.

Attorney Byers is the real deal. Ive worked for (and with) attorneys for over 15 years. I know how firms operate from the inside. A few are great, others not so much.
I must admit that, initially, I was skeptical when hiring Mr. Byers for a family matter. Of course, I did my research of several practitioners in the area before deciding on his law office. I remember thinking to myself, having previously read through a series of 5 star reviews for his firm, No attorney or law office has just a slew of outstanding reviews some of these must have been from friends and family or maybe he JUST graduated from law school. Still, I decided to take a chance on his firm because I really couldnt find any negative feedback that would give not pause.
Delightfully, though, I was proven to be wrong in my assumptions about the validity of those reviews, and Ive never been so happy to be wrong in my life!
Mr. Byers is a unicorn in this practice hes knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, reachable, personable, and his rates are more than fair.
Having to find and retain a lawyer is probably one of the most stressful things you can experience in business and in your personal life as an adult. Regardless of which side of the v youre on, no one looks forward to having to fight or defend claims. Then add to that high fees, unorganized support staff, and an attorney who suddenly becomes unreachable after youve paid your retainer. Its enough to make anyone loathe having to have any parts of our legal system. You wont find that here.
Hiring Mr. Byers wont take the stress out of the situation that prompted you to retain him in the first place, however, it will make the process feel less transactional, confusing, and cold. Youll know that you truly have an advocate who is working diligently, and in your best interest, to find a timely resolution in your case. Youll be at ease when receiving your invoices because youll actually see the efforts being put into your case. And even if your ultimate outcome is not the one you were hoping for, youll rest in knowing that everything that could be done was done in your case.

Ben is outstanding. He keeps you informed on what's going on every step of the way. Plus he charges you a fair amount.... Ben only charged 500 where another lawyer wanted to charge 1500. Thank you for all your help! Will definitely refer you to all our family and friends!
