Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to counter and help out myself and 4 other people. They had the sign up but no idea why only one person was working the front desk at such a busy check in time and when so many people were buying items for their rooms and no clue why it took them so long. They never said what caused the delay. Two other people finally just walked away because it was taking too long. When checking in they said we can't use our military disxount with our Hilton Honors so that was disappointing. I guess serving your country doesn't matter to Hilton. Other then that, everything else was okay. Breakfast was basic. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal. Same old stuff. They could use some more options. The kitchen staff was nice. Everything was clean but getting dirty-dated.. could all use a deep clean. The bath tubs need replaced or at least new Enamel coating. The bathroom ceiling was peeling off. Over all better then most of the places in the area but over priced for what you get. They supplied shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and two types of hand soap here so that was really nice and it smelled amazing. This place could definitely use a bar and there is plenty of room for one. Everything was well decorated but none of the fireplaces were on nor the fire pit out side. I hope they change policy about military discount. If you do then I'll stay again. If not, then I won't. Rooms: Spacious Safety: Felt very safe. Our trailer and truck didn't get messed with at all. Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants near by. Noteworthy details: Your key cards are very slow
