        Came in to add a line and get a phone I have been wanting for over a year. Our representative, Jenae, is a rock star!! Not only did she find a cheaper way to get my phone, she got us a better and more affordable plan!! She was knowledgeable, nice, and fun to talk to. They were ALL very helpful. So glad we walked in there today. Highly recommend!!! My phone came in so I went back to get it set up. Jenae was off, but Krista and Valeria helped us and they were just as awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable, as well. Took a few minutes for my files to transfer but we had a fun conversation. Love this T-Mobile location. Will not be going anywhere else!

        We came to return internet box, but firstly they said that they can help return but then they refuse doing it. They said that their manager is not here. And we had to go to another T-mobile store. Waste our time. Don't like their service here.
