This is the McDonald's of the Dental industry. My wife had one of her teeth crack the day after Christmas so we scheduled an extraction of the cracked tooth. We arrived and for the most part the staff was friendly and nice but Doctor Matthew Brady is by far the most unprofessional individual and honestly I can not believe he is allowed to practice. But again it is not his own practice so the standards are not very high. No one enjoys going to the dentist in the first place and its a tooth extraction so obviously the procedure is the expected to be uncomfortable and painful but this experience was beyond belief. The entire procedure he never explained what he was going to do or what to expect. At one point when it was obvious she was extremally uncomfortable because she squirmed in the chair a little, he pulled the tool out of he mouth and in the rudest, sarcastic way possible he asked, "Is something bothering you?" He got up walked out and came in gave her another injection he returned shortly after and went right back to work, not another word. Finally he finished, threw his bloody tools down on the the tray, got up and walked out. I urge anyone if you are looking for a dentist or even if you have an emergency and this is the only place that can see you on short notice, by no means come here. Dr. Matthew Brady is horrible doctor and does not deserve to hold that title.

Why cant I give zero stars? Do not trust anything they tell you! And if you decide to have work done, be sure and get an official insurance quote before doing anything. We went to Aspen Dental because we had an insurance change. The first time we went Dr. Brady told us that my husbands two fillings that he had received at another dentist were cracked and needed to be replaced. The office manager told us they talked to our insurance and everything was covered. He gave us our cost, after insurance, and we paid it in full. Shortly after the procedure, we received another bill for more than twice the original amount. When we asked why, they told us that insurance didnt cover the procedures. While at the office, I called our insurance company on speaker phone. The insurance company said that when Aspen had originally called for approval, they told them then that the procedure was not covered. They even gave the name of the person that they had spoken to. When confronted with their lie about our insurance coverage, the office managers response was, Oh well, theres nothing we can do about it now. You owe us the money. Now to top it all off, we decided to go back to our prior dentist that we trust, and when they showed the x-rays of the work that Dr. Brady did, we were appalled. One of the teeth he fixed was broken on the side and had a spot that was putting pressure on the tooth next to it and causing food to get trapped. The damage is so bad that now my husband has to have the tooth removed.
