I highly recommend going elsewhere if you are from out of state. I inquired online about a vehicle I wanted a couple days ago. I heard back from them within a couple hours, and they were more than eager to talk about it. Fast forward to today, and I wanted to buy a specific vehicle. I gave them the last four on the VIN asked for a price. I was told that they basically dont like to sell out of state but that he would check with his manager. When he called back, they would sell me the car but only if I financed through Kia. I found another Kia that is in Louisiana that was more than happy to make a sale on the same model and trim that isnt requiring me go through Kia financing if I didnt want. Happy to say that Im going elsewhere.

Very easy sales experience. We can all the way from Houston to purchase a Kia and we are happy that we made the drive. Jay, our salesman, was great to deal with.

I just bought a new Kia Forte GT from this location and can't say enough good things about them. Vivek is the man! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. I had such an awful time at All Star Kia in Baton Rouge that I was fearful that I wouldn't be able to find a dealership that not only had the vehicle I wanted, but would treat me with respect. Vivek made sure that I was comfortable and answered every question I had. He did everything he could to work with the finance guy, Edwin, to ensure that I had an affordable monthly note. They also don't demand a $2,000 adjustment upcharge like the location in Baton Rouge. I am so incredibly pleased with my vehicle as well as the service I have received so far. I remember meeting Price Leblanc when I was just a young child. It is great to see that his grandchildren are continuing his legacy of honesty, transparency, and good business. Dahlin'!
