Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I will never rent from here again,theyre the worst car rental company ever,they rented me a truck with some minor dents in it,when I asked about the dents I was told that they dont worry about those dents,but when I returned the truck,she tried to claim that I damaged it,she then tried to get me to give her $1000.00 dollars cash to cover the dents,I reported this incident to corporate.its been 3 weeks and no one from the corporate office has contacted me yet!!

Bust location for Enterprise. Plan a little extra time when you are picking up your car. Hopefully, you won't need it. Also, it is not their custom to fill the tanks for delivery, so bear in mind that your first stop may be a gas station. This location is open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm most days and has no after-hours drop off. If you plan with these details in mind, you will have a good experience.

We had a really great experience. The website to make our reservation was easy to use. Kendrick was very friendly and helpful when picking up are vehicle. The staff member who helped us when dropping off the van was also very friendly. The whole experience was quick and easy. We will definitely use Enterprise again!
