Fern Crossing has been an amazing place to live this past year. The office staff works very hard to keep the property clean, orderly, and safe. There are so many cool amenities and extras such as a beautiful pool with grilling area and a fire place, picnic tables, and a beautiful office that is open for residents to get coffee and other goodies daily. They have a lot of fun extras for their residents such as gift wrapping station during Christmas, Free Farmers Market, Turkey give away during the holidays, fresh flowers during Valentines, and much more. The maintenance team is very kind and professional and will be at your door almost immediately with any concerns that you may have. The living experience has been one of the best Ive had in an apartment not to mention the location has been amazing. I would highly recommend Fern Crossing to anyone.

I moved into my unit in August of this year. The facilities are very nice. They are continuously adding things to the property to beautify it, but also to add more things for residents to enjoy. The staff is incredible. They are always hosting fun little events for the apartment community and are the most friendly. Being new to Shreveport, theyve helped me connect with people who can watch my pets, theyve helped me problem-solve personal and professional issues that come about completely unrelated to anything that the complex is involved in. And to top it off, no maintenance request Ive had has sat for even 24 hours, with emergency maintenance showing up even on a Friday night to address an issue that came about suddenly. They will bend over backwards for you to make your experience here comfortable and enjoyable and to make it feel like home. As cheesy as it sounds, the way they respond to any needs with the complex, the facilities, or individual units is done in such a way that its almost as if it were theirs personally. Cant say enough good things about this place. Theyve made my transition into town so seamless.
