      image I made an appointment online about opening a specific account. I get to the bank and they tell me no one there has the expertise. I ask for help finding someone at another branch for that day. The best they could do is tell me to open the app and schedule another appointment myself. Wasted a day because they didn't have the courtesy to tell me beforehand.
