Absolutely tbe worst customer service and experience we have ever received . We booked our room days in advance and while we were on the road an hour away from the hotel, We received a call from a very rude employee informing us that our room was canceled. Her explanation was they were overbooked. The rude employee proceeded to nonchalantly say our rooms were forfeited to new walk-in reservations and she was instructed by the manager to cancel our reservation and then hung up on us. We were traveling in a group and the other guest rooms were canceled also without notice. So we were all left scrambling to find another hotel.

Never again will I stay here,room smelled like cigarettes and weed! Ghetto for sure!

VERY DISAPPOINTING! The lobby was nice however it was clear getting into the elevator the place was old. Elevator made a scary sound when arriving on the 3rd floor. The carpet in the hallway was stained all to hell and smelled of marijuana. The door to our room looked like it had been broken into before. Nothing, including the TV or lamps were plugged in. The smoke detector was pulled off the ceiling and sat on the desk. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, had to go back downstairs and get some since they wouldnt bring it. Definitely spend the money elsewhere. Not worth the money at all. Hot Breakfast is misleading as well. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were uncooked. They had a make your own waffle section but no other hot food. Just cereal, a few muffins, bread for toast and yoghurt and the milk was not even that cold. Never staying here again.

We traveled out of town just to be told that they were overbooked which we shouldve been notified not only but phone but by email that was provided for the confirmation..then the recommendation was the Regency which looked abandoned.. DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE
