Texted only contact number I ever had for them staring I would be suspending service for the winter. No response. They cut the yard after texting. Called number and it was out of service. Called listed number from Google. No response, no answering machine. Found a number on Facebook and finally spoke to the owner. Refused to accept responsibility for not keeping his phone in serviceable condition and arbitrarily changing phone numbers. I offered to split the cost of the unwanted cut and he refused to budge from a full price even though his time and labor were spent erroneously. Not a professional, just a grass-cutter.
