I have purchased two homes with Rolanda Knight and her team. The process is fast and seemless. We never thought we would be able to close 2weeks early from the contract close date. Would highly recommend Rolanda Knight to all.

I will never recommend this place to anyone ever in my life, not even the devil himself. She didn’t take care of us period. When we called her she never picked up the phone and when she responded she’s extremely rude, very very unprofessional, pushy. Mostly she looked down on us but thanks to her insidious way, we were able let her go and found a better lender. If I have a choice to swim with 10 alligators or go back to her place, I would swim with the alligators that’s how bad this place is….

Will NEVER recommend Rolanda, not even to my worse enemy. She did not want to take time to explain things to us. She was very pushy, just wanted us to sign everything immediately and called non-stop trying to get things done at her convenience. She got hostile when we could not get things to her immediately. She even contacted my current insurance agent (WITHOUT my permission) to get me a policy written up, while I was still comparing prices with other companies. Very unprofessional, pushy, hostile and rude. I would also question the legality of some of her actions while try to get what was needed from you to close a loan.
