Planet Home Lending, LLC - Shreveport

This has been the worse lending experience of my life. Been dealing with false late payments on my account since 2022. Planet has said repeatedly that they will get this off my credit and as of February 15th 2024 its still on my credit.

Worst company in the world. Rude hangs up on you if you question anything. Ask for documentation of something they allegedly have and they start cursing at you. These idiots bought my loan and have been a pain in the rear ever since. They also do shady if not illegal things. They are so bad that I went and refinance my house but these a**holes bought it back before I even closed. I cant express how much I hate this company. If I could give a negative rating I would. Oh and now they tell me they cant accept partial payments....Like when will they not take your money??......SO STUPID!

We had a hardship and been paying over every month. If you do auto draft apparently it was mis applied instead of 13 payments per year. Then we asked for it in writing 2 times on 3rd request to have it applied correctly. Then escrow was off and now instead of money being applied to that they increased monthly payment 200. Now we have to callnin every month to have applied correctly. Wow

I was referred to her by my real estate agent . Not worth it , didnt offer any advice . My real estate agent had to get in contact with Alishea for me to get an answer about my application after waiting a week when she said shed know something the next day . She told me she couldnt help and when I tried to ask a question , she was quick to hang up . I blocked the number , I'm just going to find someone else to work with who can at least give advice on what I need to do to get approved . As a first time home buyer , I learned nothing and felt as though they didnt try hard enough . She also said my co-signer didnt qualify but I never submitted a co-signer which is funny . Anyway , better luck to whoever else decides to work with them .

This was my first time doing any of this.I was scared, frustrated, and very unsure at first . Alishea was up front very honest and let me know it would be fine. Most of all her honesty and consistency that helped me get through all it the most. Very nice and profesional. Explained everything! She is the best! Thank you so much!!! Now I have my forever home!!! All Thanks to God for Alishea Pipkin at Planet Lending !
