I have been coming to this establishment for years been treated always with respect and courtesy until today I had the worst experience ever in over 5 years of coming. I went in for a pedi and eyebrow wax the owner's, daughter assisted me simply amazing by the way very very sweet at heart. I asked her to do a design on my toes she said well I'm not really versed in that aspect I told her well I'll be your test dummy today I don't have any where to be. She did an amazing job one toe came out better than the other. So she attempted to try it again even though I told her it was ok. But she wanted to retry any way I was so proud of her for even trying. Then her mother comes over and messed up the toe she had worked hard on. Along with making a design worst than my 3 year old and was simply rude and nasty to me. The owner finished my eye brows and was straight rude to her daughter and I during checkout. My services was $55, I gave her daughter a $30 tip extra for her efforts and her mother's behavior towards her. Then I came back in case her mother wanted to steal her electronic tip from her and brought her back a cash $20 for herself... ill never spend another dime in the facility. $1000 spent over the years from me and the owner treated me as if it was my very 1st time in her business. Poor service as poor could be. Even though her daughter knew I had told her I was going to tip her well because I did sit in the chair longer than anyone to let her practice. I won't bring another friend to support this business ever again. It's said how customer loyalty means absolutely nothing nowadays.
