Allure Nails & Spa

Its been since Dec 21,2022 already I remember parking down the street at family dollar store and calling around trying to find a place to get my nails done. I wanted a place that was good yet still close and convenient. I called Allure Nails and Nancy answered the phone and was able to get me in. Its now March 19, 2024 and Im still going to Nancy. I would never think of going anywhere else. Shes the best. I even had to call her while I was on vacation last year because I bumped my nail getting my suitcase from under the seat in front of me and messed my nail up. Nancy was able to tell me without hesitation the number of my polish so I could get my nail fixed. She also text me to let me know its time for me to get my nails done. They are like family now. Most of the time she even pick out my polish. This is my awesome nails that was done today. Thanks Nancy!!!

Guess I went on a bad day. They are nice and the atmosphere is good but my nails were not good. She didnt clean the skin nor underneath my nails once she got finished with them I had polish everywhere (had to come home and remove most of it myself) she just rush over to another customer, one side of my nail was filled more than the other side which made it crooked (I only came in for a fill my nail was definitely not like when I came in)

Allure nails and spa is amazing and they have amazing service! My daughter Mahogany and I have been serviced by our nail tech Nancy for over 5 years and she is the best! She always greets us by name and makes us both feel like royalty!

I have been searching for a great nail salon and tech my Neice recommended Allure Nails and Spa and told me about Nancy she is the best and she is very professional she explains the importance on taking care of your nails etc . The best decision I made was coming to Nancy and I will not go anywhere else .

I have been a customer of Allure Nails and Spa since they opened. Prior to that, I have had my nails done by various salons in the Shreveport-Bossier area for over 15 years. The reason that I continue to return to Allure is because this salon is one of the most professional and personable salons that I've ever visited. I am treated like family in addition to receiving top tier services. The salon is also one of the cleanest salons that I've seen. One thing that I personally appreciate is that I am not just a number. I receive the same quality of service each time and I've never been rushed through my services (even if it is extremely busy or approaching closing time). I have received services from more than one technician, and they all provide the same quality work. Nancy is the G.O.A.T. of nail care. She helps educate me in knowing what is best for my nails and how to achieve the look that I desire.
