This is such a professional place. The work is excellent and people friendly. I have a very rigorous job and my nails always hold up well and look great!

Ive been in the Shreveport area for 7 years, and Ive consistently gone to the same shop, but the reviews left me wanting to try something new. I was not disappointed in the slightest. The work was done very carefully and extremely well! She even took the time to do some real nail art. Havent had someone willing to do that in years!

On arrival I was greeted by the owner and asked to pick a color. I then let the owner know that I wanted gel polish for me and my daughters pedicure. I picked the color and was handed off to a great Nail tech by the name of Saint. Saint provided exceptional customer service. He made sure that I was comfortable, asked if we needed anything to drink as well as made sure I was happy with the design of my toes. When sitting down I informed Saint that I wanted the Deluxe pedicure. More clients began to come in and the owner came and checked on Saint as if to hurry him along because she felt as though he was taking too long on my toes. The owner even went so far as to tap him and he had to let her know that he was finishing the top coat. As a paying customer, my service should not have had to been rushed because of more money coming through the door. Due to her rushing him, I was unable to receive the hot stone treatment, hot towels, or even the 10 minute massage that the pedicure was supposed to come with. Due to this I was only charged for the basic pedicure, but it would have been nice to come and receive the service that I wanted without being rushed. Also, my daughter didnt receive the gel pedicure that I asked for. This was not Saints fault, she had a different nail tech. She received regular polish. The owner then tried to tell me that the regular polish would last longer. We all know that gel polish last longer with regular polish. With her being a child, gel polish is my preference because regular last only a day if that ! She then directed my daughter back to the chair, which would have taken additional time that I didnt have after being there for 2 hours already. I shouldnt have had to have been inconvenienced due to their error. I was very unhappy with the hastiness of the owner. It seemed as though the owner was only concerned with the quantity of the clients and not the quality of care. Will not be returning. Thank you for your awesome service Saint. Sorry you couldnt continue to give the care that you tried to.

Ive been to several nail salons in Shreveport and this place is my favorite. They do a great job and my nails looked perfect for my bridal pictures
