Safe place. Only complaint is the matanice staff suck. There was black mold in our apartment and instead of cleaning it they just painted over it

I arrived at Ultris Island for possible residency on this beaaaautiful Thursday morning. I had the honor of having the amazing, kind, patient, charming and very attentive Kylie as my leasing consultant. Kylie went above and beyond with such pose and professionalism, remaining genuine, honest and considerate during my interrogation and 100 questions. She was very calm and meticulous in her descriptions of the community. Making sure I was informed on everything they offered and even backsplash colors for the dinning area. She showed extensive knowledge of the property as she showed me the grounds and a peaceful one bedroom overlooking the lake. She inquired about my needs and what exactly I was looking for and delivered that without hesitation. I didn't just encounter a professional business woman but one who genuinely cared about what I wanted and needed in a place I would call home. This was a wonderful experience because she showed up to work and no matter what was going on in her life, she smiled and decided to be superwoman and care about people. Not everyone can be a leasing consultant, takes a powerful and strong person. Thank you Kylie.
