The Fortis Company is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. They not only listen to their employees but they genuinely care about you. In the end business is business and The Fortis Company is great about handling their buiness. You always know where you stand with them and if they brought another investment tomorrow in my area I would be giving my current job a two weeks notice the day they called me.

This is the corporate office for La Masion Of Saraland. After having a the most unpleasant experience with the staff on a local level. I reached out to the corporate office with the hopes of getting some kind of resolution. Only to not be able to reach anyone. If you are looking to lease a apartment from this company I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. After been lead to pay the over $1,200 and signing documents via online I was given access to my online portal where I was made to pay for rental insurance. Keep in mind all this is done on Friday so on Monday I go to the local office where the manager Lindsay Brides treated me as if I was truly a great inconvenience to her Monday. This process started on the 11 of Nov 2022 and as of today when I walked into the office only to be treated harshly was I informed that my $200 administration fee was non refundable along with my $50 application fee. However my prorated rent and additional fees are refundable however it would be mailed to me in a form of a paper check in 30-60 days! As the property manager stated so matter-of-factly. After asking for the corporate office number I would later find out why she gave it so fast without hesitate. You cant reach anyone there.. This is and has been the most horrible experience of customer service I have ever had to endure. Again if you are thinking of doing business with this company I would reconsider or simply run and run fast. I truly wish I was able to give a half star. I will keep everyone updated in the next 5 business days every week until I have a resolution.

I really enjoy doing the type of wopeoprk that I do but working with four this company I didn't even get recognized for the good work that I do I got rushed and probably all blames 4 a cabinet door that I asked that's where I've seen to redo and let go.. The the people were very nice and respectful that I work with but the contractor and up not so much when working for a company I spend so much time at it's an extension of my home and I was very disappointed and how I was treated it's hard to find people who can do this type of work correctly advise when you do find them Hold On
