        Scheduled a tour of a house and paid my application fee ONLY for them to lease the house BEFORE WE EVEN TOURED. Wasted time and money for nothing.

        318 was my first experience with a property manager in Shreveport (as a renter) and they were great! I have had negative experiences with landlords in the past and was apprehensive about being a renter again, but 318 was great every step of the way. Allison was wonderful from the beginning, quick to reply and honest about the property and their process. Maintenance was quick and effective when I needed it, even during a winter storm when I was out of town. They were understanding when I had to change the term of my lease so that I could move for medical school, and Allison liaised with the property owners and I to find a solution that worked for everyone. Highly recommend these folks. If you take care of your rental and communicate your needs as they arise Im confident youll have a great experience too.
