After connecting with 5 different lenders, Joey and his team have earned my vote of confidence. Cost estimate itemized details that other lenders would refuse to estimate. Sure, insurance and title depends on the final deal with the seller, BUT I appreciate how this team gives me a head-up on what to expect. Joey is not only a nice guy, he's a great guy who knows what he‘a talking about. Honestly, I have compromised and sealed the deal with another lender because the loan officer is a family friend. I write this review for Joey because his depth of knowledge, honesty and integrity impress me.

This team makes the loan process so EASY!!!! They are all very attentive, patient, and most of all they are kind. They answer every question, even when you ask the same one over and over! They make a stressful situation more bearable!! It really is like you have an army of people helping you through the process!

The purpose of this letter is to convey and highlight the excellent service and partnership that Finance of America Mortgage Loan Officer Joey Jones has provided me this year. I have worked and partnered with Mr. Jones on a number of accounts and have been consistently impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, and generosity. I am the account manager with Cake Credit, and I am charged with the task of finding business partners willing to work with us to repair the credit of future home buyers. This is the best team I've worked with. From day one they were prompt and helpful in getting me pre-approved so I was able to get serious about purchasing a home. Once I put an offer in, they were quick to get things together. At each step they provided clear instructions on what was needed and they were able to adjust as needed. I would highly recommend this team.
