        Helpful and professional staff at all branches. Most recently I rented from the Ellsworth Maine branch. Albeit small, the assistant manager, Derrick was able to have the perfect vehicle for me to safely drive the New England roads during the winter.

        Great prices!! Lowest of all around from Bangor to Trenton. Super friendly staff, who tried to go above and beyond, however the online system needs to be adjusted. Rented a vehicle online. Went to pick it up when the store opened, to find they didn't have a car in stock for us. They suggested other places, and called a few hours later, to let us know they had gotten one in ahead of schedule, however we had spent over $300 more than it would have cost here, to rent one elsewhere, as we needed to be somewhere as quickly as possible.
