We were very impressed with your new technician in Fort Fairfield, Riley. He is a real people person. He worked relentlessly to solve the problems and getting my damaged scooter repaired. He is customer oriented. Patient and understanding, and eager to solve our problem. You can teach people to be technicians but you cant teach the people skills that he has. He is a real asset to your company, as well as the customers you serve. I recommend you train him for all maintenance and certifications you can. Riley is a keeper.

Worst customer service ever. My mother is in hospice and the gentleman that delivered her hospital bed was not knowledgeable about how the bed worked or what I needed to do to use it. He told me his job was to set it up and that is all he did. He made numerous trips out to his vehicle and tracked snow all through the house. He left and the next day I get a telephone survey and based on my responses a follow call from Acadia was supposed to be done. Never heard from them. 6 days later the bed (broke) so we thought. Mind you my mom is not mobile so we had to call the ambulance for a lift assist to get her out of the bed so the bed could be repaired. Turns out the bed wasnt broke, but rather the gentleman who put it together didnt bother to put the motor cover on, so the motor fell out of the casing and onto the floor. Called Acadia to again voice my concern, that has been almost 4 weeks and I am still waiting for a return call. To top it all off I am now stuck with the ambulance bill of $100 because they didnt transport the insurance wont pay. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Everyone I've had conversations with from Acadia has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They always have a good attitude and are happy to help in any way they can. I spoke with a man today, I believe his name was Allen. He was very helpful and went out of his way to find answers and solutions to my needs. I appreciate every one of them!
