        I cant give a rating on the hotel itself, because I never actually got to stay here. However, Im giving one star for the customer service. I booked a trip that I ended up not being able to go on because my grandmother died and her funeral was on the same date in another state. The hotel refused to give me a refund or comp me a future stay. It seems like theyre more interested in profits than their grieving customers, which is a shame.

        Solid stay. Business for me. New property past 3 yrs old but feels newer. Live moss grows on wall in lobby. Breakfast simple but high level. Gym is right size and well equipped. Weed shop one block away and best restaurants only a 5 min walk. (Many need reservations they are so popular). Such a great food scene in Portland.
