I found Iima a few years ago and what a gem! She is very knowledgeable in many areas. I have tried a variety of her massages for different needs at different times, and all have been wonderful. I did a Qigong session which I really loved & highly recommend. Wish she could guide me through a practice every day or at least a few times a week.

I have had Virginia as a therapist for a while from her previous employer. From the beginning, she was personable, very friendly and easy to talk to. She has helped me feel so much better and I see and will continue to see her every three weeks. It is a pleasure to know her and have her as my therapist!!

This was the best massage I have ever had! I booked the 90 minute neck and shoulder massage with gua sha, hot stones, and reflexology with Virginia. It was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience and the addition of the tools and reflexology elevated the experience above a standard massage. Vital Energy comes with my highest recommendation!

For 3 years I have searched high & low for the perfect massage. One that I didn't have to travel back to my home state for and finally found it at Vital Energy. Forest is incredible - intuitive, personable, and I knew immediately my search was over! Already recommended to friends, now recommending to everyone here!
