Gary Gurney Certified Rolfer

I recently completed a 10-session Rolfing series with Gary Gurney, and I'm absolutely amazed at the difference it's made in my body! What truly impressed me was Gary's commitment to personalized care. At each session, he started by asking detailed questions: How did you feel after the last session? What did you find most helpful? Is there anything we could improve on this time around? How's your body feeling today? Are there any specific areas that are still bothering you? This constant communication ensured the session addressed my specific needs. He also explained what he was doing throughout the process, while carefully gauging my comfort level through both verbal and physical cues. He adjusted his techinque based on whether it felt too intense or not enough. The results? After each session, I felt incredible. My body felt more open and aligned in ways I never thought possible with just stretching alone. Gary's Rolfing techniques unlocked a new level of flexibility and movement I never knew I had. As an added bonus, Gary's online scheduling system was incredibly user-friendly. I could easily find appointment times that fit my busy schedule, eliminating the hassle of phone calls. I highly recommend Gary Gurney to anyone seeking Rolfing treatment. His personalized approach, clear communication, and effective techniques made the entire experience exceptional.

I have lived with chronic pain for more than twenty years, and I have tried everything to find relief. I completed a ten series with Gary and have continued to go in for maintenance visits due to my needs. My ROLFing visits with Gary make my quality of life so much better. I have an improved feeling of overall well being and can do things that didnt used to be possible for me due to lack pain, like sleeping on my side. Gary is amazing to work with. I can tell that he truly cares about helping his clients to feel better. He helps to coach me through the new and interesting sensations I experience during treatment and is in general a fantastic human being. I cant recommend Gary enough.

Seeing Gary for rolfing has been a life changer! For years Ive seen a chiropractor, massage therapist and acupuncturist and nothing has helped with body tension and discomfort the way rolfing has. Not only has my lower back and neck pain been eased, but my posture and ability to sleep through the night has also greatly improved. Gary is super friendly, accommodating and always puts me at ease as he works through different areas of the body needing attention. Highly, highly recommend!

Receiving structural integration from Gary Gurney was a real life changing experience for me. It significantly relieved nerve pain and asymmetries, allowing me to properly control my body by releasing trapped tension. I am a strength athlete and his work unlocked my limitations so I could power lift much heavier weight, with proper form and recover faster. Structural integration is a delicate, precise and personal treatment to receive, which requires a provider skilled in both the manual therapy and providing a safe space to benefit from the treatment. Gary excels at that balance and made me feel comfortable and open enough to properly receive the treatment. I strongly recommend Gary for structural integration work to any person hoping to live a long, functional, pain-free life.

I just finished my ten-series with Gary and I cannot say how much better my whole body feels. I could notice the changes he made after each session, and have seen improvement in my posture, muscle tension and just overall sense of comfort in my body. Gary is an absolute dream with work with and I cannot recommend trying ROLFing! I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you so much, Gary!
