Arly was so nice and explained everything beforehand, giving me different options to keep me comfortable. She offered to have a silent session or chat which was so amazing to hear as someone with anxiety. After the session, she explained things I can do to help prevent pains as well as some DIY easy and cheap ways to treat at home. Also much less expensive then other places that don't do as well. Feeling great already, will definitely go again!

Arly made me feel so safe and comfortable. The massage was wonderful. I felt very relaxed and grounded. Arly listened to my body's response and adjusted accordingly. I hadn't left the building before I was making my next appointment. 10/10

Arly Scully is a magic worker. Its hard to describe the alchemical combinations she utilizes in her practice. I feel heard, held, and deeply listened to, mind/body and spirit when Im in this comforting, warm and welcoming space. Crucially, as someone who has long been disconnected from my body and just starting the challenging process of moving back into and finding home in this vessel, Arly is gentle, kind, nonjudgmental, and SAFE. The ease I feel in their presence is an unimaginable gift. I feel like I hit the absolute jackpot getting to receive her warm and knowing somatic care. THANK YOU, Arly. Thank you.
