K. Bunten Massage

Honestly, I thought body work was just a cool phrase for massage, until K worked on my body. I went in with lower back pain, arm numbness, headaches, stress in my shoulders, and I left with what felt like a new body. It's been almost a week since I've seen her and my body still feels great, it feels like it's finally healing from injuries sustained a decade ago. I would highly recommend K, and I would highly recommend telling her what's going on with you body because she just knows how to fix it.

Ks an amazing massage therapist. Her deep tissue is no lie! Shes super accommodating and skilled- from someone who has seen 20+ massage therapists for chronic pain

K creates a clean & welcoming space for healing. Ive never had a better experience getting a massage, as I do go regularly (monthly) now. She does such an amazing and thorough job, I cant stay away!! I dont know how Id be getting through this pregnancy without her! Xoxo

K is simply amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough! Her space is located off Diamond Street in Portland's Bayside neighborhood (across from Coffee By Design and Three of Strong brewery / next to World Gym) with plenty of parking right in front of the building (which is perfect for those wet days). Once inside, you're greeted by a clean, inviting and incredibly relaxing atmosphere. Dim lighting, essential oils, plush blankets, a heated massage table and more make it easy for your stresses to quickly melt away. As for K's massage skills - words can only do so much to describe her talent, which is exceptional. As a healthcare provider who spends hours putting stress on my body, it's important to maintain my body as well as I can. K has been amazing at identifying my unique concerns and needs and helping to both alleviate discomfort and increase my overall daily function and comfort. Because of K I now understand and appreciate why massage is so much more than a luxury - it's a health necessity. Consider reserving an appointment with K. You won't be disappointed!
