Worst customer service ever! Very apathetic. Said I was looking for a knee brace to help with stability and was told they have nothing like that there. I turned around and there they were. I asked if I could try one on over my jeans and she said no. So I said if I dont like it can I return it? She said no. I asked the price and ended up purchasing it because Im out of options. The price was less than what she quoted, which was nice. Tried the brace on and dont like it. So now Im stuck with it.

Moving my MIL into assisted living we needed a few supplies such as hospital bed, chair and bed side table. We stopped into the Porland, Maine location and meet with Corrina, she was was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative! She worked with us for pricing and delivery. While chatting with her she expressed her drive to better serve the community such as recently changing the vendor for compression socks because they were better. While talking about the bed and mattress she explained our options for different toppers for comfort, she even went as far to explain that she has actually tried different options after having surgery herself! She made our trip there very easy to understand. Her customer service representative Grace is new to her role but was also very helpful! I highly recommend them for any medical needs!
