Booked tandem pod for next available, Sunday March 3 at 8 pm. Paid online and got confirmation. Sometime immediately after that received notice our appt was moved to 6 pm. No problem. Receive notices and reminders of the 6pm appointment over next several days, including an hour before that informed us the pod was ready and we could arrive early. We arrive 30 minutes prior to our 6pm appt to be told we didnt have an appt. After pulling up the reservation and showing the gentleman, he finds an appt under my name for a single pod. I asked what was charged to my card and he tells me $150 which is the tandem pod cost. He tells us, I can see it was a tandem reservation and then got changed to 2 single appointments. He offers the option for one of us can go in the single pod now and the other can wait and then come back at a later date. Ummm what? I ask him to credit back the card as we may or may not rebook. Im told, yes thats essentially been done, I wanted to verify what he meant by essentially been done. He said well you have those credits that are good for a year. I told him I wanted it put back on my card, again as we may or may not rebook to which I was told, Ill have to have my manager handle that if they are willing to do so. We just left. I understand things happen but this is crazy.

I was gifted a float session as a baby shower gift. I used it at 32 weeks pregnant. My float session was the first time I was in zero pain in a long time! The staff was very accommodating and gave me extra towels and floating materials so that I would be comfortable while floating. I was nervous about being cold (I'm always cold) and it was not an issue at all. The air in the float tank was heated so that the parts exposed to the air were nice and toasty. I followed the advice and took a cool shower before entering so it felt very warm and comfortable stepping inside. I was concerned about safety of stepping over the side of the pod and decided to book the standard float room. There were enough handles to help me get up safely and get out of the pod by myself. The controls in the pod are easy to use. I did start with the lights on until I got comfortable and then turned them off. I was surprised at how relaxed and calm I was. I did get a little antsy toward the end, but my float ended soon after. I definitely plan to add this to my wellness routine, I was relaxed all day long.
