Port Harbor Marine

Unbelievable assistance from Martin at Port Harbor Marine Service department. I bought a couple of new batteries for my Grady White and he helped me to pick the correct ones. I did this all through their new service portal. So easy, quick response from a real person!! Had a problem installing my new batteries and contacted him through the portal. He walked me through the installation process and helped me to troubleshoot a minor problem. Again he was extremely responsive and I can thank him enough. Mark McAndrew, slip B23

Cool marine. I love the coast and all things involved with the ocean/sea, so I might be a little biased. Ill be returning soon for a full review

I bought a new boat from an out of state dealer and it was incorrectly rigged and damaged. Port Harbor fixed all the mechanical issues, did a fiberglass repair, and sea trialed the boat. Jen and the staff in the service department took great of a me and got my boat back on the water in less than a week.

Great place to buy, poor place for service. Sales is flexible with follow up and helpful information along the way. Unfortunately, after paying for a multi-year package, they did not do many of the services requested and turned off systems because they couldnt fix them, with a promise they would come to me and get it done as soon as possible. This was after hours of working across multiple people whom apparently dont speak to each other, and after contacting a co-owner (Marc) about the situation. Time and time again, echoes after promises. If youre looking to buy, they can be great, but I wouldnt buy any extras from them and dont expect any helpful communications all the way up to a co-owner. Very disappointed.
