        Horrible experience. Scheduled a move out clean and no one showed up. After calling numerous times, I was told their goal was to get my entire deposit back. Unfortunately, I was charged for carpet cleaning when I asked them to shampoo the carpets and when I asked for a discount for all of my trouble, the manager offered $20. Will never use this company again!!

        I had a scheduled apppoint today for a 10 a.m. carpet cleaning and the company no showed and will not return my calls. I am moving out of my apartment and it is a requirement to have the carpets professionally cleaned which now is not going to happen. Completely unprofessional.
