        Not sure where all these “5 star” reviews are coming from but this has been a terrible experience, unprofessional, and zero communication. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a clear to close with vague communication “should be tomorrow” been hearing that for to long now. My realtor and the buying realtor have never seen anything like this.

        Peter was really helpful to me and my family. My dad isn’t fluent in English so I had to do a lot of helping and Peter was always so patient and helpful. He broke things to me because sometimes I wouldn’t understand parts of the process I really appreciated that💙
