        Went in on April 17th to have taxes done their computer crashed and they were unable to file the return; but not before they collected the $405 for their service. Have made MULTIPLE attempts to get a refund for payment of services NOT rendered. Finally have had to refute charges on the credit card. Still have not seen justice for their incompetent and thoroughly unprofessional handling of the case. Have had contact with the main office in Augusta with no progress. VERY DISSATISFIED with Jackson-Hewitt!
