This place is great! Their work is beyond beautiful. You can tell intention is really put in to the selection and placement of the flowers. Their customer service is impeccable as well. It was timely, clear, and accurate. What else could you want. On top of all of that I got a response wishing me well from a real human. Not some soulless AI generated canned message. My order was cancelled at the last minute because the vase I had requested was out of stock - even though I had purposefully chosen the option to allow the florist to make changes to the order. I did receive an email before the cancellation requesting me to contact them because they had "an inquiry" about the order. Obviously, there's no urgency to this message and definitely no indication that the order may be cancelled if not responded to in a certain time frame. I'm international and had wanted to send the flowers to a friend, so I missed it anyway because of the time difference. A couple hours later, the order was cancelled in a follow-up email (the first time I was even made aware that the order could be cancelled). When I called to ask what had happened, the shop was polite but unapologetic and didn't offer any solution. Obviously, I have no idea the quality of the product, but I can attest that the customer service is lacking. If you still want to place an order, keep in mind that it doesn't matter if you choose to allow them to make substitutions to the order or not because they will cancel anyway if something isn't in stock.

Sent a flower arrangement to a client of mine. It was delivered promptly and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Would definitely use again and recommend!
