I lived here for 6 years working at the hospital my rental history was amazing until I faced serious hardship and lost my job after being attacked by a mental patient i was told after I paid them 8,000 then a addition 2000 I would be able to renew my lease for 1600 which I could afford they waited until the money was paid to email me two days later stating there placing me on a month to month for 3 months which should have been discuss so I could have had a choice to stay or not I already paid them all the money unemployment gave me so I had no choice but to try to stay and work it out I am currently homeless because I was evicted and cant get another apartment because the eviction messed my credit and rental history so bad that Im denied any apartment I apply to they literally act like they dont remember how great of a tenant I was prior and honestly they dont care they wanna rush to move the next tenant in to feed them lies and broken promises I wish I would have never paid them anything I wish I honestly would have took them to court and I honestly dont care about them replying to my comment cause of course theyll try to cover up everything they so money hungry nothing else matters

Do not move into building 8531. The fire alarm goes off 1-2 times per week. You will never rest. You will get no rest.

I know management will see this and respond without making internal research or changes. Anyways, this apartment is a fraud, lived here for a year and I am not renewing my lease. Leasing agents are unbelievably rude and lack empathy for residents. I once had to call 4 times before maintenance came over to resolve my issue. I called again just recently for another issue and the leasing agent was quick to insinuate that I was a bother. Then sternly told me to go online next time to place a work order online myself. I understand there is an online portal that seldomly gets responded to, but when I call to speak to someone, I expect a level of understanding, empathy, and respect, not to feel like Im bothering you when asking for assistance (which is your job btw). I have lived here for a year and I still do not have key fob access to the business center. So when the agents are not in (which is a very common occurrence) I cant go into the business center. The management is very aware of this and have made zero action to remediate. I was told Ill have key fob access to the clubhouse and theater room, that is not true. When I moved in, I found out that they lock everything up when the leasing office closes for the day. This is far from a luxury apartment, cant wait to get out.

This review is based on touring the community. This community is nice, however I do feel as though the apartments are not necessarily luxury because the only thing that is giving luxury is the kitchen. The rooms and living room is small and you cannot put a sectional couch in these units as it would block something. Also, we told the leasing team that we did not want to apply unless we saw the units physically as we had issues with another property. However, although the website stated that multiple units were available, we were never able to see them because they kept saying, we have to confirm with maintenance that they are available to see. However, this was said on multiple occasions, so how long does it take to confirm that. We went there over 5 times to give them a chance, and this was the reason every time that we were not able to see a unit. I dont understand how they are suppose to sell the property, if we can only see the model. Then, as I read in other reviews, you are paying for the amenities in your rent, however they are not always available to use. And me personally, I wouldnt use them anyway because the amenities were filthy when we were looking. It was dead bugs on the floor, scratched up tables and spills everywhere. They need to go down on their prices because its giving mid-luxury. Also, you can never contact the on-site leasing team unless you go in person, which is inconvenient. Every time we called, it went to the offsite team, and they did not know the same information as the on-site team. This just makes me wonder if I lived there, how would I reach them if I had an issue. Also, our last time going, we gave one of the leasing agents a list of the units we wanted to see, she wrote them down stating that she was going to contact us, but never did. Then they said two apartments were going to be available to see on the 5th and now they are saying not anymore. Im very disappointed in this service.
