Falls Village Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. The management is horrible. The buildings are fine and people living there are nice, but the management is terrible. They fine you for random things, never respond to emails, never in the leasing office, never answer the phone. They enter the premis without notification and claim they will do work that they never end up doing. Lesson learned. Never rent from Continental Realty. Or if you are looking at it, check their lawsuits first.

I really appreciate the time I lived there. Everyone was incredible helpful and kind to me. They took good care of my apartment if something broke. I'm so thankful for everything they did. Thank you Ayah, Marcus, and the maintenance team and everyone for all of your care and help. I really enjoyed living there.

The place is peaceful and quite, but needs improvement in checking internet connection lines, better if there will be other provider.

Ill update this once I move in and see if my experience is better. However, my experience so far as an applicant and a new resident has been poor. I tried calling the property several times and making an appointment to tour just to have questions answered about the unit I wanted and I never received a call or email back- I was told this was due to the phones being down for several weeks. I was a property manager for 4 years and a regional manger for 1 year. I have never heard of phones being down for longer than 24 hours. And if this did happen , its no way emails would go unanswered. Like how are yall getting leases or prospects. So maybe this is an overall company fail but it didnt end there. I visited the property myself to have questions answered as a prospect and I wasnt asked my name , I wasnt asked to tour, I wasnt asked any questions that made me feel like the leasing agent was interested in me actually leasing an apartment there- if I was a shop , this property wouldve failed. Im familiar with the property because my bf lived there once before so we knew we would move in. Every time I had a question I had to physically drive 20 min to the property to speak with someone in person. This happened 4 times. The leasing agent was not and still isnt prompt with answering emails at all. Once we finally applied, it took a week to receive our lease. I know this isnt right because it takes 5 min to generate a lease. Anyway, finally got our lease signed we were told the apartment was we signed a lease for wasnt available anymore because they forgot to put in an extension request for the current tenant and we would be placed in another apartment that was identically in rent and space. I was patient with this even though I know this is against policy and technically the lease was legally binding so thats our apartment. After that we were sent 2 leases that were wrong this prolonging our leasing process even further. Currently ive been asking the property manager and the leasing agent Antonio to tell me when I can see the unit so that I can measure the walls. Its been almost a week since the request and I still havent gotten a response. I move in next week so I am praying this leasing office gets it together. The entire process took about a month- as someone who has been in housing since 2014 , this process should take 3 days! I truly like the property and pricing is great if your looking to move into a home or build a home (which is what we are doing) but THE LEASING OFFICE NEEDS MORE ORGANIZING AND TRAINING FOR SURE! hire me for a week Ill get it together.
