Recently Moved in to this complex and I must say working with Leasing Professional, Shatia Smith, made the transition into my new apartment an absolute pleasure! I had tons of questions and concerns and she was would ease my concerns quickly! She had such patience with me and understood my concerns and issues. Shatia replied to my emails quickly and timely! GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! Upon move in the staff (property manager, leasing professional, and maintenance team) all were quick to respond to issues!

I love the friendly environment and it's safe for my grandchildren to go outside and no one bother them. There is no crime in my complex. I received my packages without worrying about them being stolen. It's a wonderful place to stay.

I have resided at Hamilton Springs Apartments for 14 years and counting. Living here is heaven on earth and I cannot picture myself living anywhere else. The apartments are huge. The grounds are always well kept. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. More than enough parking with well lit areas throughout the entire complex. The convenience of having a laundry room in the building as well as a washer/dryer combination in your apartment. Quiet and peaceful. Friendly people. If you're a nature lover, the wildlife here is awesome. On any given day or night you can see birds, squirrels, raccoons, rabbits, deer and foxes. A huge outdoor area for picnics and parties and an outdoor swimming pool for the summer months. If you've ever wondered what heaven is like, I strongly suggest living at Hamilton Springs Apartments. You owe it to yourself.
