Lashawn has to be the most rude, big back, over weight, bald head unprofessional property manager. Her breath smells like she eats kitty litter and rat poop. The entire office staff is rude as hell. She acts like her last name is Morgan Properties. If you are late on your rent they will type it in all caps on bright colored paper and post it to your door. This place is full of mice and bugs and they are breaking in cars as well. Maybe Lashawn should focus on that and her weight.

My husband and I had a very challenging situation when attempting to move in here. Eventually, we had to pivot and move into an apartment other the one that we originally selected. Throughout the process, LaShawn was very communicative and helpful, which we really appreciated. The apartment complex is very nice, and our dogs love playing at the large dog park. The Amazon Hub has been amazing, and the area is very well lit.

So far me and my husband love our new 2 bed/2bathroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious, the bedroom is massive actually and the walk in closet is like the size of a closet in a big house. Lots of storage, closets, and decent sized kitchen with a breakfast bar. There's also a balcony thats enclosed and private, you can really tell these apartments used to be condos. The fitness center is a good size with a variety of equipment and the apartment buildings themselves have key only access. The area itself has families, near houses, close to Bel-air road and close to the mall, 95 and all that. I like it so far, the staff in the office are all very nice and professional. James and Sharon especially were really helpful and wooed me into the place. I'd also add you get a lot for what you pay for if you use amenities, I'd say its fair compared to some of the other rents in the area. Hope this helps someone.
